Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to offer refunds for any opened products. Soleil Organics wants all of its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please contact us at info@soleilorganics.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of Soleil Organics. All claims are individually assessed and approved returns are credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase. To obtain details on how to make a claim for refund or replacement, please contact us via the Contact Us page or email us at info@soleilorganics.com

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.


SHIPPING TERMS

We offer free First Class Shipping (2-7 business day)s shipping for all orders within the U.S! All orders are shipped with USPS and UPS from our distribution center in Houston.

Shipping takes 2-7 business days, this applies from the day your order is shipped. If you are centrally located, the shipping time will be approximately 2-3 business days. We aim to dispatch all orders on the next business day.

 For a faster option with tracking information, we also offer Priority Shipping, prices for this can be found at checkout. This is great way for anyone who needs their Soleil Organics glow fast!

*Please note that the timeframe for delivery is an estimate only and we do not have any control over the delivery schedule once your order has been dispatched.  


CHANGE OF ADDRESS

As we process and ship all orders as soon as possible, we do not accept any address changes after your order has been placed. All address change requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse then we will process your cancellation if possible. 

All emails regarding change of address must be titled ‘Change of Address’ in the Subject field of the email. Please include your full name, order number and corrected shipping address in the body of the email, and we will do our very best to update your details for you before your order shipped.

*Address change emails not titled in this manner will not be processed.


CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Soleil Organic's is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred once your order arrives in the country of delivery. All importing taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure about the importing tax threshold in your country, please visit the relevant postal system website for further details.
